Thankful for songs to sing,
Songs of joy to my God, my King.Thankful for giggles galore,
While playing with my girls
on the living room floor.

Thankful for a man who loves me,
even when I am not the best me I can be.

Thankful for my friends who know,
the sometimes all I need to do is vent and let go.

Thankful for the God who sees;
For His unending grace that forever covers me.

So many joys, this life does bring.
So many songs that I could sing.
For now I think these words will do,
Thank you Jesus! I love you!
