Plus a Memory’s Door Kindle Fire Giveaway from @JamesLRubart!
In Soul’s Gate, we traveled with the Warriors Riding into other’s souls. We followed Dana, Marcus, Reece, and Brandon as they warred for each other against unseen enemies. If you thought this suspenseful ride couldn’t get any better, just wait until you read book two in the thrilling Well Spring Series by James L. Rubart.
Memory’s Door takes spiritual travel one step further as the Warriors overcome time and space, exploring other dimensions and realities. But the evil one isn’t finished with them yet. He will stop at nothing until the Warriors are defeated, using one called the Wolf as his weapon. But who or what is this mysterious Wolf? Is it Brandon’s stalker, Marcus’ street magician acquaintance, or possibly the infamous demon known as Zennon? Or could the Wolf be something else entirely? With plenty of twists and turns, Memory’s Door will keep you on the edge of the page until the final one is turned.
What I liked…
After I read Soul’s Gate, I couldn’t wait until Memory’s Door was released. As soon as it came up for review I jumped at the chance to be one of the first to read it, knowing that the second book would be as good as the first. The truth is that Memory’s Door is even better than book one! Now that I have gotten to know the characters, I feel more connected to the story.
I was dying to find out if Reece would regain his sight and if Brandon and Dana would ever get back together. Memory’s Door answered a few of my questions from book one but also raised plenty of new ones to keep me in the series. James L. Rubart writes for adults, but in a fashion similar to young adult novels. In the past, YA series have always been my favorite, but I have to admit that the Well Spring Series is competing for the top spot this year. These books are suspenseful, exciting, and, although entirely fictional, are also bursting with underlying Biblical truths. This series has everything a reader wants and more!
Recommendation…
I think I’ve made it clear, but just in case I will add that yes, I recommend Memory’s Door. If you like romance, mystery, and intrigue, this page turning, roller coaster ride of a novel is for you. Well done, Mr. Rubart, you’ve done it again!
